Kind Bubbles is a daddy-daughter business in every sense. It began when Lana — then four years old — had an idea her dad couldn't say no to.
Chris, a former biochemist turned Montessori educator, took that idea and made it real.
The Backstory
From biochemistry
to bubbles
Chris spent years studying the science of molecules, reactions, and surfaces. Then he became a Montessori teacher and started seeing the world through a child's eyes — where curiosity is the curriculum and wonder is the method.
Bubbles turned out to be the perfect intersection: chemistry, physics, art, and joy. When your daughter looks up at a three-foot bubble floating above her, she's a scientist, an artist, and a kid having the time of her life — all at once.
Kind Bubbles brings that experience to every family. That story isn't a tagline — it's why every show feels unlike anything else at a kids' party.

Chris builds the equipment, develops the custom bubble solution, and performs the first professional shows in the Bay Area.
The Kind Bubbles experience expands to preschools, elementary schools, libraries, and community events across the Bay Area.
100+ events, families across eight cities — and Lana still the creative director of the whole operation.

When children stop in awe at a giant bubble, they're experiencing something neurologically powerful. That state of wonder is where curiosity, memory, and imagination activate together. We design for that.
Every bubble is a lesson in surface tension, light refraction, and fluid dynamics. We don't lecture — we explain, invite, and demonstrate. Kids leave knowing more than they arrived with.
We've watched parents forget their phones mid-party. That's by design. Kind Bubbles creates moments where adults remember what it feels like to be fully present and surprised — alongside their kids.
Premium experiences shouldn't only exist in premium zip codes. Through our Community Outreach program, we donate Kind Bubbles shows to underserved schools and families.

Our pop-up events are open community experiences — no private booking needed. We set up in parks, farmers markets, community centres, and school yards across the Bay Area and Sacramento, and invite anyone to come play.
It's the same premium Kind Bubbles experience — giant bubbles, glow bubbles, interactive science play — just open to the public. Perfect for families discovering us for the first time, or regulars who can't get enough.

Every pop-up is a little different.
The magic is always the same.
Walk-through bubble tunnels, child-sized bubble enclosures, and the classic giant free-floating bubbles that stop everyone in their tracks. All made with our custom, child-safe solution.
Kids get hands-on — making their own bubbles, exploring colours and light, and learning the science behind why bubbles are round. Guided by Chris with Montessori-inspired facilitation.
Some pop-ups feature our signature glow bubble experience — UV-reactive bubbles that shimmer in the dark. Announced on Instagram when available.

A bubble show is one of the most popular summer reading programme events we do. High energy, high engagement, and an experience that brings families back to the library again and again.

Bubbles are universally joyful. Our shows work across ability levels, language backgrounds, and learning styles. Every child gets to participate — there's always a role for everyone.
We handle everything — equipment, solution, setup, facilitation, and cleanup. All your staff need to do is gather the children. We arrive 20 minutes early and leave the space exactly as we found it.

Kind Bubbles donates a portion of every paid show to our Community Outreach programme — premium bubble experiences gifted to underserved schools, housing communities, and non-profit organisations across the Bay Area and Sacramento.
