Kind Bubbles brings a professional, large-scale bubble experience to city events, festivals, school carnivals, and public gatherings. Every event is custom-built around your venue, crowd size, and schedule. We require a direct conversation before booking.

1. Service Agreement
Kind Bubbles agrees to provide the bubble entertainment experience as selected by the Client, including all equipment, bubble solution, and staffing described in the package.
2. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Payments accepted via credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund of any balance beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Kind Bubbles will make every effort to reschedule in the event of performer illness or emergency.
4. Weather Policy
Shows can be performed indoors or outdoors. In the event of extreme weather (wind exceeding 15 mph, rain), Kind Bubbles reserves the right to modify the performance or reschedule at no additional charge.
5. Space Requirements
Client agrees to provide a clear performance area of at least 20 × 20 feet. A ceiling height of at least 10 feet is recommended for the Bubble Storm finale.
6. Safety
All bubble solutions are non-toxic and biodegradable. Surfaces may become slippery when wet. The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for attendees.
7. Photography & Media
Kind Bubbles may photograph or video the performance for use on its website and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
